We classify portfolios in 3 groups:

   1-Telephone and letter management : This procedure is carried out by staff with great persuasive qualities for Localization, Management and Negotiation with the client. It is a very efficient method, complemented by sending letters, SMS, and in co-ordination with a street collection agent. Gescosa classifies in this group accounts with an unpaid debt under 180 days old.

   2-Pre-litigation management: Once the telephone management stage has been exhausted, we try to Verify, contrast, and enlarge our information on the defaulting account with the necessary data to carry out our work efficiently. A Specialised Manager in this type of defaulting accounts will attempt, by amicable agreement, to reach a payment settlement with the debtor by means of personal visits etc. We classify in this group accounts with a debt age between 180 and 360 days old.
